Jekyll Island Hotel - Fine Art Print
This fine art print reproduces my original watercolor of the historic Jekyll Island Club Resort in Georgia. Soft washes of color capture the hotel’s grand architecture and the quiet coastal atmosphere that has welcomed visitors for generations.
Originally opened as the Jekyll Island Club in 1888, the hotel became an exclusive winter retreat for some of America’s most influential families, including the Rockefellers, Vanderbilts, Pulitzers, and Morgans. The club also played a notable role in American financial history: a secret 1910 meeting held on Jekyll Island helped shape the plan that eventually led to the creation of the Federal Reserve System. Today, the hotel stands within the Jekyll Island Historic District, preserving an extraordinary chapter of Georgia and American history.
Printed on thick, museum-quality matte paper, this artwork brings Southern history, coastal elegance, and the expressive character of watercolor into your home or office.
